Absolutely stunning and gorgeous Antique Victorian Skirt Lifter. Does have one missing Turquoise Cabochon on the right side of the fob. Does have patina, does have silver plate loss in a few high traffic area, measuring 7.5" from end to end and .75" wide. Needs to be used and seen!
