Flip the bill over and the back of it looks like the cut is fine. So either has multiple errors on this bill with misalignment and miscut. There's also a unusual stain on the back that does not bleed through the front.Amazing how this bill was circulated for quite some time it appears to be.The condition of th...e bill is not so great. It's fair but there's creases and it was folded into thirds for a while. Definitely circulated definitely not a showpiece.
