PLEASE STUDY ALL PHOTOS AS THEY PROVIDE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION FOR THIS DOLL. This an Armand Marseilled 390 socket Head doll that we have mounted on a shoulder plate and attached to a kidskin body. The body is sawdust filled and its lower legs have been recovered in muslin due to the weakness of the material there and the holes that promised to begin sprouting sawdust in the immdiate future. This is a very pretty 390 as she has retained her coloring very well and has... no noticeable rubs or flaws that we could see. She has glass fixed eyes and an older synthetic curly wig that we think makes her look very girlish and sets of her blue eyes and delicate complexion very well. She wears white pantallettes, stockings and shoes under her dress. Her dress is a confection of ivory satin with a lace overlay and lace trim and a pink rose embellishment at the waistline. Her white straw boater is curled at the edges and decorated in the front with three pink daisies, interspersed with pink flowers, leaves, white pips, and garish pink feathers! VERY daring! She is ready to make a splash at the next charity ball or summer formal where all eyes will be on THAT HAT!!
