Vintage velvet two piece doll gown. Made of soft cotton velvet with a metallic decorated tulle attached overlay as shown. Hook and loop closures at the back. Unlined. Sleeve closures are meant to be sewn closed. Approximately 50 or 60 years old. This gown would work well on antique dolls or vintage dolls. The skirt measures approximately 19 1/2 inches long from the waistband top edge to the hem lower edge. The skirt waist measures approxi...mately 12 inches around. The top measures approximately 6 inches long from the shoulder to the lower front edge. The top waist measures approximately 13 inches around. The shoulder to shoulder measurement is approximately 5 inches across from side to side. (slightly dropped shoulders for an older doll). Sleeve openings measure approximately 3 inches around with some slight room for adjusting smaller. This gown will fit an approximately 27 to 28 inch doll but PLEASE use all measurements to make sure that it will work for your doll. This gown is vintage but it was specifically made for an antique doll. From a long time collector and former UFDC doll club president's estate.Condition: Good condition with a couple of tiny holes, no stains, clean, odor free, all fasteners intact and working, sleeves are meant to be sewn on, Color is deeper shade than the computer photos show, Pretty!
