Up for sale here is a Door Knocker
- Old solid brass door knocker in the shape of a stylised swimming fish.
It has a nice textured & detailed finish to the scales, face and fins. Should date to the 1930s.
Is just the knocker. You’ll need your own knocker pad and fixings to attach it to the door. The stud hinge hole is 5mm diameter.
- Measurements - 20cm from tail to lips x 5cm width x 5cm depth.
Is quite weighty at nearly 1....3kg.
- Please make sure to view all the photographs.
Condition - Good - Is in good aged & used condition with a few light marks. There’s tarnishing to the brass, which may clean up, but I’ve left it as it is.
