Here is an assortment of antique black dolls that may be used for parts or perhaps repaired! One doll seems to be intact – she is made of composition, has textured hair, sculpted face and loosely attached arms and legs. She is 6-1/2” overall. There is a wax torso, righthand is missing, entire left arm and hand is missing, legs are truncated and there is part of the right lower leg. The wax head is well sculpted with caracul wig, wide nose... and thick lips. There is a papier mache baby with sculpted, textured hair – the head is broken; the cloth body is stuffed with straw and has wooden carved extremities that seem a bit small for the head. Original clothes of antique fabrics and lace. The last doll is made of wood with cloth covered hair, African facial features, and broken extremities. The dolls are offered “as is” as pictured and described.
