I couldn't find a way to set the time--the knob on the front controls the night light so I assume that a buyer must have to wait for the correct time before plugging this in.
Over the yearsI purchased several vintage electronic items with the intent ofrestoring them for my collection. Unfortunately our Maker hadother plans for me and I've been stricken with an incurable illnesswhich has resulted in the loss of motor skills (not to worry---if youbuy from me, it's not communicab...le!). THISITEM:This clock required no restoration---it worked (both mechansim & light) when it was plugged in. Outward appearanceis that no repair has been attempted.
