Up for sale is this hardcover novel. It's being offered exactly as I acquired it, so please enlarge and examine photos carefully (as they are part of the description), and feel free to ask questions. I am not responsible for any oversight resulting from buyer's failure to read listing.

Antique hardcover copy of "The Count of Monte Cristo" (Volumes 1 & 2) by Alexandre Dumas. Pre-owned; was originally property of the Omaha Public Library, and has apparently changed ha...nds many times over the years.
I don't know the proper grading system for books; this copy shows considerable signs of handling and wear...the cover is loose along the spine, but the binding seems good. Pages, although aged, are intact and legible; none are missing or torn, and I can find no writing or other marks except for a previous owner's name on the inside cover. Please review pictures and use your own judgment before buying.
Published in 1922 by Thomas Y. Crowell Company, this literary classic also includes several color illustrations as well as a biographical sketch of author Alexandre Dumas.
