Hi Folks, Here for your bidding consideration is this antique hand turn tist mechanical doorbell and it works. The knob and base are cast brass and the dome is either bronze or cast metal with a bronze finish. It's as you see it straight off the door in original used aged untouched condition with a natural patina, remnants of door paint, scratches, dings and surface rust, uncleaned & unpolished for years. The wind turns and rings. I will leave any cleaning/polishing to you the buye...r. I have on auction several architectural home restoration pieces and they all come from the same family estate and all are in untouched/unpolished condition with a naturally aged patina and in used condition with expected normal wear & tare such as scratches, dings, dents, tarnish & rust as shown on all. Any missing/needed/broken hardware pieces/parts I am unaware of and will leave any & all restorations to you the buyer.
