This is a vintage Firestone Deluxe Champion Tire Ashtray. The advertisement is from J. P. Byrne & Co. Tire Center in Syracuse N.Y. It has a diameter of 6 1/4". The glass is very clean and there are no burns in the rubber. I believe it is from the 1960s based on the phone number.
