Beautiful Retro solid wood sewing box in very good condition. Medium teak with slightly darker inlaid pattern on lid. 2 Lighter inlaid stripes on all corners. Invisible hinges. Not sure of age, possibly 1970s. No fastenings for lid but the ridge forms a snug fit when closed. Inside is lined with dark red felt. Probably used as a jewellery box when made. Contents include colour head pins, thimble, scissors, red pin cushion, tape measure, seam ripper, fifty small reels of thread and need...le case with approximately 20 needles. Size is 12.7cm front to back, 8.8cm high and 16cm wide. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
