Ultra ultra Rare 1997 Street Wise Designs Muscle Mutts SUGAR TOOTH Action Figure.He has never been removed from his package!The overall condition of the package is in good condition with some shelf wear to it. There is a cut in the clear package near his nose and also an opening on the bottom left of the clear plastic. Still in good conditio...n from storage since 1997.Street Wise designs also made the Street Sharks in the 90s. These Muscle Mutts are extremely rare to find loose let alone in the package. This particular one has a factory error on his name in the front. It says Bronzer on the front name tag which is another Muscle Mutt. It should say Red-Knuckle. The back does have the correct cut out card with his name.He has never been removed from his package!The overall condition of the package is in great condition with some shelf wear to it. There is clear tape running along the top, left and right side of the clear plastic and cardboard back. I believe someone wanted to make sure the clear plastic didn’t pull from the cardboard backing.Street Wise designs also made the Street Sharks in the 90s. These Muscle Mutts are extremely rare to find loose let alone in the package.
