Here is a very early Bear Archery Type A takedown Riser. Serial number A1098. Built in Grayling Mich around 1969. There were only 400 of these made.  Has no stabilizer bushing. The riser is starting to separate. Please look close at pics. I stopped shooting it this year. The good news is it can be repaired. It still has the original finish and sure is a beauty. There are no holes or filled holes.  I really would not shoot it until it is repaired. I hope the pics tell it all. A rare b...eautiful piece of Bear Archery History.
