Early 19th century Middle Eastern Arabian tinned copper Dallah coffee pot.
Antique decorative and robust Arabic coffee pot hand-hammered and chased copper with riveted brass hinge and knob on lid
Please do not confuse this with modern look a likes, and please particularly note the hand hammering on the underside of the hinged lid.
As stated above this was found by a male relative in the 1950's and until polished was absolutely blackened. Please note the close up photo of the u...nderside which provides a clear indication of the colour at the time it was found!
