Brian Eno is one of the greatest producers and musicians in rock history. He started his career in 1971 with Roxy Music. The band released two albums, "Roxy Music" and "For Y...our Pleasure", with lead singer Bryan Ferry. Since 1973 he has released well-acclaimed ambient-music albums, both solo and with collaborators such as John Cale, Robert Fripp and Daniel Lanois. As a producer, Eno has worked with David Bowie, U2, Talking Heads, Devo and James Lumb among many others.Alessandro Mendini is most widely known for his design works with Alchimia, Memphis Milano, Zanotta, Alessi and Swatch. Beginning in 1990, Alessandro Mendini spear headed a project in collaboration with Alessi called 100% Make Up – La Fabbrica Estetica. The idea was simple: to create a system of 100 vases, by 100 designers, each in 100 copies, to result in a parade of 10, 000 similar objects varying only in their décor. The curated decorators were from various backgrounds, from fashion designers to musicians, and included some of the most notable creative thinkers of the time: Ettore Sottsass, Shiro Kuramata, Michael Graves, Robert Venturi, Philippe Starck, among others.
