This is the frontdivision of the famous Cattleya walkeriana ‘ Estrela da Colina’HCC/AOS that has been used in C. walkeriana line-breeding, producing a numberof awarded progeny. The fragrant flowers feature rose-purplesepals and petals veined slightly darker. The lip keels are light yellow, andthe midlobe is slightly darker rose-purple. The flowers are valued for their firmsubstance and crystalline texture. The frontdivision features 3 bulbs and 2 active eyes. The root sys...tem is very nice andhealthy. The plant stands 8” tall and will be shipped bareroot. The first pictureis the award photo by Mello Paulo. The rest are mine and of the exact divisionyou will receive. My offeringsinclude rare, unique and awarded divisions as well as select seedlings. I growoutdoors, which means strong, vigorous and disease- and pest-resistant plantswith healthy blooms. While the outdoor culture makes them wellpredisposed for transitioning to any growing conditions, be aware thatthe plants may show some imperfections. Plants get regularly treated for pests and diseases. The orchidsare priced for an emergent collector like myself who is dedicated to build andimprove their orchid collection and wants to pay fair price. Additionally, sharing with others is important to me (community is the backbone of orchidgrowing), and this is reflected in the reasonable pricing. For auctionsending between Friday and Sunday, the paid plants will be shipped on Monday.For other days, the plants will be shipped within a few days after thepayment is received. Please understand that once the shipment isdelivered to the carrier (USPS), I cannot be responsible for what happensto it. While the pictures are taken at the time of listing, it is safe toassume that the flowers will be finished blooming by the time of shipping.Therefore, there is no guarantee that the flowers will be still open at thedelivery.
