Vintage Antique Hubley 5 " Cast Iron Kitten Cat Coin Bank

This listing is for a circa 1930s Hubley cast iron kitten coin bank with what appears to be its original paint. It has some white paint on the inside surface, and that is an excellent indicator that the bank was painted by being dipped into the paint (the method used on true vintage/antique cast iron pieces).
The surface of this cute little bank has some crazing and rusting, as well as some chipping and marks. It appears that the bank's screw was not removed or rotated since the ban...k was painted, so that means the bank was never opened! The bank measures about 5 inches tall.
Please note: Colors in photos may differ slightly from those of the actual item, and terms for the names of colors can be subjective, depending on who is using them. What is teal to one person may be turquoise to another. I do my very best to describe items accurately, and please be aware that subtle differences of opinion as to the names of colors may occur.
