Original Description:
This 20 3/4" X 27” etching is among the very rare etchings done by Gorman.  It is beautifully matted on silk linen with wood reinforced seamless solid brass frame. The genuine museum framing was done by the firm that does framing for the Cleveland Art Museum.  Western Graphics, the printing firm for Gorman's work published the unframed retail price of this piece in 2017 at $4500.  Just a comment on the shipping - the reason you would pay that much for shipping is ...because you would get the matting and framing which would probably be $1000 today.  It cost us $550. in 1983.  But if you wish, we could ship the etching carefully rolled in a strong tube for $49.  But you would not have the beautiful matting and frame. The framed measurements: width 31 1/8”, height 25 3/8”, depth 1 3/8”.
