This listing is for a Calico Critters Sylvanian Families Tomy Vintage House by Epoch
In good condition with normal wear and tear. There are some blemishes including a place on the roof where someone attempted to draw what appears to be a chimney then tried to remove the sharpie marks. It's not terrible but it's there.
