This is a vintage lamp made by Phoenix Lamps in a Gone With The Wind hurricane style. It is a 3 way lamp where the top, bottom or both light up. You can see from the pictures that they are lit. The bottom has a blue light bulb. White milk glass that has raised roses and leaves and hand painted colorful roses on one side. Brass hardware developing a beautiful patina. Measures 19" tall by 9" wide. This is a beautiful table lamp that has been maintained. Upon dismantling I found a chip th...at has a stress fracture. It is hardly noticeable but I am completely honest and would not want someone to be unhappy with the lamp. I did not notice until I dismantled and was cleaning the lamp. I added a picture to the listing, lowering the price because of the defect. Still a beautiful beautiful lamp!
