You are bidding on an exceptional Japanese tin robot/spacemen toy. This is an "Earth Man" made by either Nomura or Naito Shoten and is circa 1957. It works well. It is 9" tall and is battery operated with a corded remote control. He walks along and when "commanded" raises his ray gun and fires. Battery compartment is very clean with no scratches or rust. Bright original paint. Fantastic lithographic quality. Comes with reproduction cardbo...ard box, which is +25 years old (at least). Excellent condition for a +70 year old toy. It's getting harder and harder to find these toys in this condition.
