This R2-D2 Pop-Up Lightsaber Vintage Star Wars Figure 1985 Original Saber & Decal is in excellent condition for being 34 or so years old! I bought this originally at a toy show in the mid 1990's, it was a featured special of the day, and it is pretty special. The Lightsaber is original, as is the decal which is flat against the body of the figure, with only natural aging overall. I don't think this has ever been played with. I've added additional photos and ...scans of the Lightsaber showing sides, factory marks, etc. This is both to show you the detail, and also to protect me from anyone planning a switch/swap and return (which we all know happens). It's very difficult item to photograph, and I compared this to information on the Imperial Gunnery. The Lightsaber is NOT painted. Any blemishes appear natural for a toy like this made in Hong Kong so long ago, his head & body decent paint too. Perhaps some dust from display, overall pretty clean. His date stamp is 1977, but this little droid was released in stores in 1985. I took as close-up of photos possible from different angles, please look. Free Shipping!!!
