These were likely imported into the United States and had this label attached for sale in shops. I have seen other examples carrying this exact same label. It's rare enough to find one of these, let alone with the original retail tag. The condition is impressive for such an old toy, especially as these were inexpensive toys for children meant to be played with. They were easily broken/destroyed and just as easily disposed of. The colors are beautiful, bright and vivid. There's a slight amount of surface rust on the bottom, but nothing that detracts from the beauty of this piece. The parasol rotates as you push the toy forward. A stellar penny toy for the penny toy collector.Please look carefully at the pics to see the condition of the item and/or packaging.
