Madonna Like A Prayer Limited Edition CD Wooden Box Set Promo. This limited edition promo box set comes in a gorgeous heavy wooden box casing that looks like a PRAYER BOOK. Attached outside is a gold plaque that says, "Madonna Like A Prayer" writing. The piece is latched with a gold clasp. Inside you will find the Like A Prayer CD and booklet cover. CD is Made in Germany. I have never seen this posted online nor for sale elsewhere so I believe only a handful of the...se editions exist worldwide. Probably issued around 1992-1993 as a promotional item. It also contains inside the booklet the additional AIDS flyer that came with the earlier editions of this CD. I have kept this well in my collection but since I need funds, sadly I have to part with it.
