The leather outer "skin" is attached to a thick fabric lining. Black soles, fully intact, have a slight curve to them, straighten out when worn. Laces through metal grommet...s. Measure 2 3/4 by 1 5/16. Some minor wear, no damage. Perfect vintage replacement shoes for Terri Lee, 20 inch compo Shirley Temple, Toni P93. Also great replacement shoes for some 20 to 22 inch Madame Alexander hard plastic or even compo dolls. Measure your doll's feet to insure fit (allow room for a sock).
