Highly detailed lead alloy penny toy motorcycle and rider produced in Japan during the 1920s and equipped with a whirling siren device in the back that one would blow into. The workmanship is qui...te amazing and, even though some of the very thin nickel(?) plating has worn off (mostly on the front mudguard) all of its delicately cast detailing have remained intact.
Similar bikes were usually made in the 2.5 to 3.25 inch range, so this 4.1 inch (13 cm) giant of a motorcycle is quite unusual and extremely rare due to its fragile nature. A very fancifully stylized piece that is a real pleasure tophotograph. (note how some of letters that were unwittingly written in reverse)
