This auction is for a RARE SIMPICH Christmas SANTA CLAUS Character Doll - "Santa takes a Break".This Limited Edition Doll is in EXCELLENT CONDITION - clean and with no chips, cracks or other damage that I can see. This wonderfully detailed Doll on wooden plinth, stands approximately 10 3/4 inches in height by 9 inches in width and with a weight of 840 grams.Santa is seated on a wooden stood&nbs...p;- Cap & Jacket off with Slippers on and a smoking pipe.The Bottom of the SANTA Doll reads: "1987", "#187/1000" and "SIMPICH (copyright 1980) Character Dolls Original Handmade 2415 West Colorado Ave Colo Spgs Co. 80904".We have other Christmas dolls listed: Elf JINGLES, the Twins Melinda & Chris and Merry Christmas (Caroler).
