Original Description:
1961-63 Pontiac Tempest 4cyl 4 Barrel Intake Manifold & Carburetor OEM. Condition is used, manifold has been run through the ultrasonic, clean and is clean and straight with no damage. Carburetor is a Carter AFB 3649SA and would need to be rebuilt. The 4 barrel version of the 194.5 cubic inch 4 cylinder was very rare as most of these engines were equipped with a two barrel carb. This engine was known as the "Indy Four" and was rated at 155 HP in 1961 and 166 HP in 1962 and 1963. Po...ntiac created this engine by cutting the standard 389 V-8 engine in half.  Make sure of application before purchasing!  Perfect for your restoration project!
