Domestic combined shipping policies; We always combine shipping, if you receive an error message from ebay that we don't, just email us directly, rather than using the 'request invoice' option. Email us when ready to pay or before 8th day from oldest won unpaid item. Ebay automatically opens cases for us on 8th day of non payment. If this happens they will email you stating when you have until to pay, once paid on time, the cases will automatically close. To avoid this be sure to pay before 8th day, example; any items won on Jan 1st should be paid before Jan 9th as cases will open on the 9th. You then start a new package every 8 day cycle. Starting March 19th, 2018 our flat rate shipping charge will be $13.95 for up to 40 items. If you go over 40 items there will be an increase because we will have to use a larger size box. If value is over $100 then it is more for insurance and handling. If package value is over $200 then we require signature confirmation for additional protection. If you only win a few items, we will ship 1st class, but anything over $35 value will require insurance. 2-4 items will be $4.50-$5.95 depending on value. 5 items or more regardless of value will be charged our $13.95 flat rate or more if over 40 items or $100 value. After you email us for invoice we will invoice quickly, wait for invoice to pay so your charges are combined. International shipping policies; Canada-$13 for one item if value is $20 or less 1st class. If over we will not ship 1st class, Priority is $35 which can hold up to 40 items, over $100 value is more for insurance and handling. Russia-$13 for one item if value is $20 or less 1st class. If over we will not ship 1st class, Priority is $69 which can hold up to 40 items, over $100 value is more for insurance and handling. Any other country in the world-$13 for one item if value is $20 or less 1st class. If over we will not ship 1st class, Priority is $57 which can hold up to 40 items, over $100 value is more for insurance and handling. Shipping time; We ship all paid items within 24hrs of payment excluding holidays and weekends. Return policies; We accept returns within 30 days from the day you received the item. If the item is damaged save the packaging for insurance purposes. If your item(s) are damaged and were insured you must wait for the insurance company to refund us, and we then forward the funds to you. This usually takes 1-2 weeks. If somehow the item was misdescribed you may return for full refund. If you just don't like the item for any reason you can still return it but there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to refund.
