This is essentially a brand new set. I have had the cars roll around my track a couple dozen times. I just purchased this with the stater kit last month. These rolling stock cars are like brand new out of the box. The only reason why I am selling them is I want only scale rolling stock cars from my local area. What you see in the pictures are what you are buying. I ...am not accepting any returns, because I don't want them back. There is no damage to the freight cars. Buy as is! I will drop them off at the post office same day as sold. I am only selling this in the United States as I don't want to deal with the international paper work. Best of luck!!
