It is equipped with magnetic couplers and is ready to run and carries a classic WWII era North American Aviation P-51D Mustang aircraft custom load. The plane was piloted by Lt. Robert E. Welch and he called his plane MISS MARILYN II. He was an "ace" with 6 air kills and 12 strafing victories. His last victory came ...on 17 April 1945. He finished his combat tour with the 343rd Fighter Squadron, 55th Fighter Group. This would be an exciting addition to your freight car fleet.
