ANTIQUE GOLD METALLIC EMBROIDERED NET POSSIBLY REGENCY - ENGLISH 1820 1850

A beautiful length of metallic gold embroidery on net possible dating from about 1820, but certainly 19th century.
It would have been patrt of a gown, and in the Regency period ball gowns were often adorned with embroidered net such as this piece.
It is also similar to Court gowns worn by French nobility early in the 19th century. So exact date unknown, but it is very beautiful.
The condition is very good. The gold not tarnished.
Measurements: Length 78" x approximately 12"... wide.
