Vintage Hardinge Company Advertising THERMOMETER ~Antique Desk Thermometer Offered is an antique Advertising Thermometer promoting Hardinge Company Sanitation and Process Equipment I don’t know its age, but it is unique in its design and its material. It appears to have a heavy cast iron base. The metal housing the thermometer face is lighter.It stands about 4 ½ inches tall. The base is about 3 inches at its widest point.Information on the face other than the company and the t...emperature is York, Penna.There is a small well in the base in front of the thermometer face. I don’t know if that is an ashtray or a spot to keep paperclips or tiny desk supplies.It could use a cleaning and polishingPlease feel free to ask questions
