Hello everyone in the last auction for this train the buyer did not provide the correct information and therefore eBay had to cancel the transaction and I am relisting it. Beautiful vintage Playmobil train.
Included in the auction: Locomotive, tender, red cattle car and yellow box car, all from the original set (Playmobil catalogue 1987, page 7). Also selling with the set to make this a lot of items, one Western caboose and one passenger car. Included is a Playmobil transform...er and LGB track consisting of twelve pieces of curved track, and two straight track pieces. Works great foward and reverse. Original transformer and rail. The box car comes with the ramp. Some of the small decal stickers are starting to slightly peel off on the engine The lights work on the engine. All of the pieces are in good condition including the plastic couplers. The bottom of the engine says 1980, I am not sure if this was the year it was manufactured or that's when they started producing this model. Also, some of the tender cars made by Playmobil are powered, the one that comes in this set is NOT powered.
