PIKO HARDWARE STORE G Scale Building Kit 62236 Open Box . Condition is Used. I bought this item on e-bay some time ago, and I just opened it to put together for my layout. When I opened it, it looked small for what I wanted, so I detached the front, back, and sides from the mold plastic to check for sure. It is not what I wanted, so I am re-selling. The only thing different from new is the parts that are detached (see picture). Original box, directions..., and all parts. Everything repacked. Please pay by paypal, Item is sold as is where is, no returns. Please e-mail with questions. Thanks for looking. BTW, I have found that UPS is charging a fortune for shipping (thanks, Amazon), so that is why the shipping is somewhat high. NOTE: this item is priced less than what I paid or others on e-bay. The only thing different is I opened the box to see what it looked like and detached the big parts.
