Everything looks nice and clean like it was never used but I can't get the game to turn on. May not be doing something right. Still has box, battery cover and paperwork. Battery compartment is clean. Sold "as is" either way for parts, repair or display. Still a nice early electronic find.Due to the high cost of fees and shipping for me, unless there's a 'best offer' option, please do not contact me asking for a lower price on any of my listings. I can only get to the post office a couple times per week, so it will take your purchase a week or longer to reach you after payment is made in most cases. I always upload tracking so you can check your item's progress with no arrival worries. If you have special or faster shipping needs you need to contact me BEFORE you bid or buy to see if these needs can be met. I ship almost everything parcel select or first class because it's a lot cheaper in most cases and just as safe. Both of which can take 3 to 14 days to receive regardless of what eBay's estimated times state. FREE shipping covers my shipping choices, not the buyer's. If a faster shipping time is needed the buyer will need to pay the difference of the faster shipping cost.To insure faster shipping, PAYPAL payments should be received within 3 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you haven't sent payment within 4 days an Automatic non payment case will be opened by eBay's non payment system.
Because of the nature of older and/or collectible items, and the fact that condition opinions can vary, all of my listings are being sold "as is" and "as found" and "as shown" and all sales are final unless there is a major error in the listing description. So, please use common sense while bidding and ask any questions you might have if the picture and item description isn't enough. I want you to be very happy with your item.I will always accept returns with no hassle if it's for a tangible reason. Changing your mind after you receive your item, finding it somewhere else for a lower price, purchased by mistake or just having buyer's remorse are NOT acceptable reasons to return an item. Forced returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer pays all return shipping.
If for some reason you do feel the need to return an item or leave less than a perfect feedback rating, please contact me at once so the problem can be addressed. There's no reason to open a case of any kind with eBay before contacting me first and it usually just makes things more complicated than it has to be. All of my items are now kept in a non smoking and none pet environment. BUT, most of my items are purchased second hand and I don't know their environment history before I get them. Please keep that in mind when purchasing things that are not fresh from the factory warehouse.

Please make sure you are buying an item you want when making a purchase. As per eBay policy you have one hour to cancel after payment has been made and purchase is complete. Any requests to cancel a transaction will be ignored after one hour of the purchase being made and payment being received. I apologize for having to instate this policy on my listings but when a purchase is canceled it costs the seller time, money and aggravation that can't be refunded with just the final value fees.
