Depot Scratch built out of styrene; coal dock out of scale lumber. Doesn't include depot platform (Its buried in the scenery). It comes with all the station clutter seen in the photos. It occupies about 5" x 7" on my layout not including the coal dock (2" x 3')
Buyer should be prepared to make some min...or repairs. Structures are perfect now but they have a lot of details that may come loose in shipping.
Structue is being sold as is, No returns. Check out the pictures carefully. Each building will be wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in "popcorn" in individual boxes All the details, if applicable, witl be packed separately to avoid possible damage. The structures, locomotives and rolling stock off my Sn3 Alaska Pacific will be listed for sale on ebay of the next month or so.
