This is a vintage, Doll steamengine I think. I spent a couple of days trying to identify it. The closest Ifound was a doll engine. The boiler layout was the same, but the boiler housewas different and this engine has no place for a smoke stack. At the least itis a copy of the Doll layout and from the design is of the same era. If anyone out there in eBay land knows theexact make and model please let me know so I can correct this posting. This on would look great on a collectors s...helf with it's small footprint. It is inexcellent operational condition. I tested it and it ran great. It took about ten hours, but I turned a customfit alcohol burner for it on my lathe. I added an extra wick for the burner. Theoriginal safety valve works fine.I included a bottle of steam cylinder oil. Shipping; I ship thefirst work day after you buy the item. In order to expedite your order I go tothe post office as soon as it opens the following day. This is 9:00 am EST atthe PO I use. So, for both of us, please make payment at the time of the order.I take great care in packing my machines so they will not get damaged inshipping. Since they are pre-packed, I cannot combine engines. I do my best tosave you shipping cost by using the smallest possible box and light packingmaterial. I usually start the bidding belowwhat I have in it. Sometimes I do well sometimes not, but I am doing somethingI love. Enjoy your stream engine, RicDickens Thank you for understanding.I got a reply from a gentleman that thought it might be a Josef Falk steam engine.
