This is a Imperial Guard chimera vehicle that has some 3rd party wheels conversion kit on it, Inquisition icons and a forge world inquisition door. Door closes but not perfectly. Las guns on side are still loose, you can leave them that way or glue in place.
Instead of the usual vehicle commander, there is a old metal inquisition acolyte model. He's got a big book and a flaming staff. He is pinned and glue in place.
