This is a rare British India Rupee weight, superior to a porous example sold at Baldwins in 2013 for GBP420 plus commission (Sale 84, lot 2492, David Fore Collection with same 2 countermarks).
Baldwins state that as this mentions "Company" it is likely earlier than most seen, the suggests the British East India company and date pre 1854.
Countermarks are as in lot 2492, but the F is in a different location (3 O clock vs 6 O clock). Strong MC and F countermarks, typical soft... strike for type.
A rare item, and without the corrosion and pitting of fields in seen in the Baldwins example.
