Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. If the postal system(s) have delivered your purchase in a mangled condition please notify me immediately. Save all packaging along with the cards for proof for the USPS. I will refund your money or replace the card(s) immediately then advise you what the postal service wants or needs. Please note that all lots over sixty dollars will be insured and tracked. If you are merely returning items for any other reason I need tracking provided. Again I strive for complete satisfaction as I love return customers!
Please note I have instituted a sliding price scale that seems to be working very well. Value and weight does factor in but I have found more reasonable suppliers that allows me to reduce the shipping costs. I will never stop trying to find ways of reducing costs while endangering the cards. I am a collector first and damaged Magic cards is a tearful sight indeed! Any ideas you the customer may have seen or have thought of will be taken very seriously. If you sell any of the packing material I use below what I am getting from my suppliers message me. The more we keep everything in the Magic Family the more reasonable it will be for everybody! The Post Offices in my city do not charge the same amount for mail the same weight. When asked about this one gets the runaround. If one persists and raise one's voice they call the cops! So if your packet costs less we will happily refund you the difference! Some of the costs are also for the hard case. Any shipment over $60.00 will be insured. E-Bay also demands tracking which is $3.67 or they will hold up payment a couple of months!. Tracking and insurance is prohibitively expensive so I do it only for sales above 60.00 dollars. A .99 card is a big money maker for the Post Office. If you do not want the hard sleeve let us know and we will reinforce the mailer but that is chancy.
Unfortunately due to the nature of Magics cards a few people have been know to "borrow" cards and return them after a tournament citing lack of satisfaction for some reason or another. As a former owner of a store and official Wizards of The Coast judge it is ridiculously easy for me to found out where tournaments are being held and what type. I also know a great many of judges here in the US and Canada as well as a few European ones as well. Please respect our no "borrowing" rule. Thank you.
