Upon receipt by us, and an inspection to make sure the item is in the condition shipped, a full refund will be given including the original shipping charges. Items from our CT location are shipped USPS or Fedex ground. The buyer will receive an automated email when the item ships including the tracking information.
Items shipped from our PA location are usually sent USPS Priority Mail. Larger boxes may be sent via Fedex or UPS. Tracking info is uploaded to eBay.
