Lionel 6650 I. R. B. M. Rocket Launcher Car 1959 1963 Needs Rocket

Here is a Lionel 6650 Rocket Launcher Car. It is missing the Rocket. It has all of the enhancements like stairs, AAR trucks, Brake wheel. It works in all ways except that when you hit the black switch to elevate and launch, it doesent launch, and you have to trigger the little gray metal piece with a hole right under the launcher. The diaphragm is fine but I read that there could be a little wire (spring?) missing inside the black rocket framethat runs back to the hole. That could be i...t, but I am no expert. That being said, it is in great shape. So please check the photos and reach out with any questions. Thanks
