The West Coast (Calif. to Wash.) is always higher to ship to. Depending on the atate you are in, the price is generally lower and it has always been my policy to ship as fairly as possible. Insurance and confirmation: This is usually always included in the final cost, especially depending on how fragile or expensive the item is. I will include these numbers as required.
