JADE & GEMSTONES DISCLAIMER
The jade pieces that have been listed as "natural" have all been tested to verify natural jade or jadeite by refractometer reading & magnification only. Please note this does not preclude the fact that some pieces could be dyed and or polymer treated and are stated as natural for the material only, but not for the type of treatment that requires a sophisticated spectrometer reading best provided by a laboratory. If it is verified that the jade has not been treated or enhanced, it will be noted in the listing description or a certificate may be provided. Gemstones are also listed by visual inspection ONLY and have not been tested for dye, treatments or high quality synthetics which require sophisticated laboratory equipment not found in most field offices, unless other wise stated or accompanied by laboratory certificate.
Diamonds are natural unless otherwise stated.
GOLD DISCLAIMER
If the gold content is stamped on the item, we will list the item as the stamped gold karat.
We will acid test items that are not stamped and those that are stamped items, only upon request.

PAYMENT & HANDLING TIME
Winners must pay within 2 days after the end of the auction. If payment is not made within 2 days, we reserve the right to relist the item. eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case and automatically close it in the shortest time-frame allowable. This is automated. We cannot combine shipment of different auction dates - do not wait to pay in hopes of combined shipment.
Shipment will be made after payment is cleared and only to your confirmed paypal address. Auctions ending on Sundays will typically ship-out the next business day.
SHIPPING POLICY
To keep our seller ratings up, we ship out quickly after payment, kindly do not ask us to HOLD shipment of paid items. Once it is paid it will ship.
If you do not want us to ship, you can wait to pay, but please be aware of the unpaid item case. Arrival dates from Hawaii -
Please note that from Hawaii shipping typically takes 1-5 days longer for any shipping method (this is in addition to the estimated time frame provided by USPS or eBay for that shipping method etc.) Estimated delivery dates are usually wrong, we are on an island and cannot avoid this.
We appreciate your understanding. About combining shipments -
If you would like a combined shipping invoice, please MESSAGE US and WAIT TO PAY until you receive a new invoice. Additional items are additional $. We do not refund shipping once paid, although we may combine shipments for security. We ship quickly after payment, so If you do not wait and pay separately for shipping multiple items, we will combine the shipment and we may upgrade shipping such as signature confirmation and insurances as your over payment allows, hence shipping is non-refundable once paid.
We have weekly auctions, but we cannot combine shipment of items that end on different days - Please do not wait to pay in hopes of combined shipment.

POLISHING & RESIZING
Most of the jewelry being auctioned are vintage pieces. We offer resizing and polishing for an extra cost.
Please inquire before paying as some items cannot be resized due to design or shape, and we do not recommend resizing more than 1 size up or down as it may become misshapen and even so, we do not accept returns of altered items even by us.
PLEASE NOTE after you receive the item it is yours to do as you'd like (resize, etc.) but we DO NOT accept returns of altered items under any circumstance (including if you have it serviced, cleaned, polished, resized, etc.)
We provide many photos for your judgement of sizes- PLEASE MESSAGE US PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION FOR SIZE/ RESIZE QUESTIONS.
JEWELRY STAND, DISPLAYS, AND PINSJewelry does NOT come with the displays or accessories used to aid in the photography of the items including any needles, U-Pins, paper clips, stands, or pillows unless otherwise stated.
The stands used in our photos are not large scale mannequins, they are small table top jewelry busts commonly used in the trade.
Most of our photographed hand models are women size extra small - medium wrist.

Our office is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Any transactions completed in Hawaii is required to pay a 4.712% sales tax
Certain states have an online sales tax starting in 2019 which eBay will automatically collect- includes Washington state (January 2019), Pennsylvania (July 2019), and Oklahoma (July 2019). There is no way out of this sales tax - it is required of eBay to pay to the government of your state.
