First Nations people are ever cognizant of their surroundings. They carefully observe the natural processes taking place around them, draw lessons from what they see, and preserve these teachings in art. In the traditions of his ancestors, Richard Hunt has crafted a wonderful story about a family of eagles nurturing, loving and growing. To the left of the mother is the nestling, its mouth wide open and eager for food.
