This is for a Campbell's Soup ~ LGB ~ Train Boxcar ~ 4191CS. It is new in the original box. Made in 1991 in Germany by Ernst Paul Lehmann.
It is possible there is a small sticker/residue on the bottom of the item from the previous owner and her inventory skills.
