To the rear: the text of Swansea, a Welsh City.
A wooden carved panel with carved text within the circle.
Centrally a castle with a winged bird.

A relief carved wooden panel... with the intricate carvings and overall detail in the shape of a shield.
It has an overall size of about 9.5 x 9inches.
Condition: considering the age, the overall condition is excellent and is not subject to:
any major blemishes.
