This is a very nice Aristocraft ART-22209 G Scale Alco RS-3 Locomotive Southern Railway #6213featuring 6 axles with metal wheels, interior lighting, operating headlights, lighted number boards, andsmoke generator. This locomotive has the option to not only run off standard track power, it is also designed to run off an optional battery which would normally be installed in a trailing car. There are connectors on each end of the engine for this purpose. Standard knuckle couplers are inst...alled but hook and loop couplers are included along with all the original manuals and paperwork. This engine has had very limited indoor run time and has spent most of its life on static display. The box is in excellent condition.
