Hoping to find this operational model a good home for someone else to enjoy as much as I did.
Up for bid is an Accucraft 1:20.3 Scale Plantation 0-4-2 Live Steam locomotive.Since purchasing, I’ve added the following:- Steam whistle (seen under boiler in one photo- Radio Control (RC), which controls the reverser, throttle, and whistle independently- Forward headlight, which is directional based on the reversers position- Decals for a fictional “Black River No.16” (can be remove...d easily if you want to re-decal for another road)- Summerlands Chuffer for a nice crisp chuff- Goodall Valve for on the spot water filling- Standard knuckle coupler on rear end
This is a great running engine. Has a good amount of tractive effort, while also still being able to navigate sharp radius’s. RC controller (transmitter) runs off a single 9v battery, while the receiver in the locomotive cab runs off of three AAA’s. The only things you need to run are distilled water, batteries, butane, oil and some track.
Also included with the engine are the Goodall Valve fill bottle, spare throttle and butane valve stems, extra RC fittings and instructions, coupler parts, and extra decals.
